2017 is undoubtedly the year of Gucci Mane. Less than three months after delivering DropTopWop, Guwop is set to release his fourth project in the past year.
Fittingly titled Mr. Davis, the 17-track project is loaded with a superstar Rolodex of artists including The Weeknd, Big Sean, Monica, Schoolboy Q, A$AP Rocky and more. The album is also set to feature the previously released "Make Love," featuring Nicki Minaj, as well as the Chris Brown-assisted "Tone It Down."
On Thursday night (Aug. 17), Gucci teased the album via social media while also delivering a new single to fans, "I Get the Bag," featuring Migos. The track finds Mr. 1017 rightfully bragging about his supreme status. The rapper also blessed timelines with the forthcoming project's silhouetted cover art.
Mr. Davis is set to be Gucci’s fourth project in the past 12 months following October’s Woptober, December’s The Return of East Atlanta Santa, and May’s DropTopWop.
In addition to music, the "Met Gala" rapper is also adding author to his résumé with the release of his first book, The Autobiography of Gucci Mane, due Sept. 19. Gucci is also busy planning his nuptials with fiancée Keyshia Ka’oir as well as a 10-episode wedding docuseries, “Gucci Mane & Keyshia Ka’oir: The Mane Event,” which is set to air on BET.
But first, Guwop will deliver Mr. Davis to fans on Sept. 15. Check out the track listing below.
