Chris Brown Is Being Accused By Charlamagne Tha God Of Being 'On Drugs'

Breezy's missed appearance on "The Breakfast Club" raised some questions.

It’s rare that any artist, big or small, will miss an opportunity for a sit down with the world’s most dangerous morning show, The Breakfast Club, especially while in upcoming album promo mode.

Unfortunately, Chris Brown still had to take a rain check on his appearance due to some strain on his voice from all the studio work he’s been putting in ahead of Heartbreak on a Full Moon. But Charlamagne Tha God, one-third of the host trio, is calling him out for something much deeper.

With love, Breezy posted an apology to the show for the missed appearance via Instagram on Wednesday morning (October 25). He explained that his voice had gone hoarse, a plausible concern following his TIDAL X Brooklyn stage performance and another appearance slated for the day in addition to his studio duties.

“Breakfast Club!! I LOVE YALL! I APOLOGIZE FOR NOT COMING TO THE SHOW!,” Chris wrote. “POP UP SHOW TODAY AND I WAS [HOARSE[ AS S**T FROM STUDIO…I’LL CALL PERSONALLY SO WE CAN PEACE IT UP.”

Breezy continued his message in the post’s caption, throwing a bit of shade from the “negative s**t” he felt came as a result from his no-show.

“All good…I’ll let y’all have that,” he addressed. “HOPE THAT HELPS YALL STATUS! Love you (I’m glad to know how y’all really feel though.) Guess God don’t make mistakes! SHOW TONIGHT...y’all invited too.”

The smug-faced emoji at the end of his note was proof enough that there’s no hard feelings on his behalf. For those that missed it, Instagram’s popular celebrity gossip site The Shade Room informed that the light jabs from Chris came after Charlamagne’s mention of Breezy’s alleged drug use, igniting the morning tiff. However, he made sure to set the record straight shortly after.

“No,” Charlamagne corrected. “I called him out for looking like he’s on drugs in interviews. God Bless Him. Hope he’s OK.”

No official response from Breezy made its way to The Shade Room in response to Charlamagne’s speculation. But he did post a reminder on his recent response to gossip and negativity by way of his Nessa On Air interview, the same interview where he addressed drug abuse allegations.
