Migos Think They're Perfect To Play the Hyenas In Disney's 'The Lion King' Remake

Their ad libs alone should make them frontrunners for the role.

Could Shenzi, Banzai and Ed be played by Quavo, Offset and Takeoff in Disney’s remake of the The Lion King? At least one side’s all in.

  1. Earlier today (November 5), Quavo took to Twitter to let Disney know that his trio would be perfect for the rolls after a poster was revealed by the movie and television company showing the cast and who is so far selected to play who in the re-depiction of the 1994 film.

  2. "3 Hyenas Lions King,” Quavo tweeted. “Call us @Disney." According to a press release, only one of the hyena voice actors as actually been cast. Florence Kasumba will play Shenzi.

It wouldn’t be unprecedented that rappers would get a roll in a film remake. In fact, it isn’t even strange for this movie as Childish Gambino’s already been cast as Simba. Remember how he loves Migos? Might wanna put in a good word for them, Donald.

To see those hyenas doing Migos ad libs would be worth the price of admission alone. Excuse us for daydreaming a little. Others did too. Check out some of the reaction to even just the possibility below.
