Of all the millennial rap rivals Joe Budden made during his Everyday Struggle tenure in 2017, we’d have never guessed his own son, Trey Budden, would be one of them.

Apparently, the New Jersey emcee made it to the teen’s bad side as most dads make a habit of during such tender years. But instead of expressing it through the average conventional teen fashion, Trey took the road most traveled for Uncle Joe foes and hilariously dissed him on a track.

No one has heard the record in question just yet, but considering that Trey phoned his dad up himself to drop the news, there’s likely more direct than subliminal shots firing off in the song. And just like Joe, the internet absolutely cannot wait to hear it.
