A mother’s love is unlimited, but a father’s love is unmatched, like the kind that R&B neo-soul songstress SZA’s father shared for her “Broken Clocks” single.

A fan captured the video of her dad singing along in the car to his daughter’s CTRL record. He was a bit shaky on the lyrics, but it’s clear that he adores the song just as much as her fans do. So much, in fact, that he’s emotionally moved when he hits play on it.

“Every time I hear this song, sweetie, I’m in tears,” he said. “I love this song by you. I love your whole album, but this is one of my favorite songs. Every time I hear this song I’m in tears. I got to stop this I’m sorry.”

Papa SZA wipes a tear away from his eye as he praises his daughter’s vocal work. The TDE singer made sure to acknowledge her dad’s tender message as well, responding to the love via Twitter.

“Really love u daddy,” she wrote. “Thank u for loving ME! Forever my favorite warrior.”
