New York rapper Cam'Ron recently revealed to his fans that he was forced to miss a show due to being unexpectedly hospitalized.

Taking to Instagram, the Dipset MC — real name Cameron Ezike Giles — announced that he would miss his Boston show on May 3 due to a health scare. He explained that neither his family nor his friends saw it coming.

"Sorry everyone in Boston," he captioned the post. "At the show my apologies for not being there. I will make it up to u guys... But I really am in the hospital. My family and friends I'll be fine. Thanks."
