Atlanta’s trap rap star Future gave surprised the FutureHive with a special on-wax gift to kick off their weekend with the release of Beast Mode 2, the sequel to his fan-raved Beast Mode mixtape of 2015.
The project features nine spanking-new Fewtch tracks, sharing the same production assists from ATL super producer Zaytoven and tracklist number as its predecessor. Future missed the original Beast Mode’s one-year anniversary back in January, however, and (as fans have pointed out) opted to release his Beast Mode 2 on another yearly observance: the wedding anniversary of his former R&B songstress girlfriend and mother of his 4-year-old son, Ciara and her Seattle Seahawks footballer husband, Russell Wilson.
Future dropped the project with no warning, announcing its arrival on all of his social media platforms
