And it’s all thanks to a Breakfast Club interview that might be taken totally out of context by Mr. Shad Moss. As reported, JD stopped by the world’s most dangerous morning show when DJ Envy pressed him about his relationship with Bow, especially among his heartbreaking lean addiction revelation via Twitter. Dupri cleared up the speculation once and for all, informing everyone who was concerned with his intervention on Bow that it “ain’t really like that” and assuring that the substance abuse is just something he’s telling folks on the internet.
But the 31-year-old doesn’t want anyone telling folks anything about him, let alone speaking on his name, period. That includes his So So Def big brother of 20 years as well.
“Why can’t n**gas just keep my name out they mouth,” Bow tweeted on a clip of JD’s explanation about his social media antics. He’d also said that he doesn’t follow Bow on social media but hadn’t hit the block button on him as Angela Yee pondered. “For what?” JD responded. “How long have I been dealing with this?”
Bow wasn’t finished there either.
“2 types of people I never met in my life a motherf**ker like me or a motherf**ker I need,” he tweeted afterward. For the record, he added in another tweet, Bow reiterated that he won’t be a part of the So So Def family’s 25th anniversary festivities either (which is currently being celebrated with a multi-city tour featuring the label’s R&B/hip-hop all-stars).
