Boyz II Men, Stokely Williams, Sounds Of Blackness And More To Honor Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis At Soul Train Awards 2019

Esteemed songwriting duo Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis are set to be presented with the Legend Award at this year’s show.

Widely regarded as one of the greatest production tandems in music history, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis are set to be honored with the Legend Award at this year’s Soul Train Awards ceremony for their contributions to R&B music.

With a career that’s produced more than 100 gold, platinum, multi-platinum and diamond albums, the dynamic pair have worked with artists such as Janet Jackson, Boyz II Men, Usher, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Luther Vandross, George Michael and Earth, Wind and Fire, among many others.

Taking place on November 17, 2019 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, the 2019 Soul Train Awards will see a bevy of industry pioneers pay tribute to Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, including the evening’s hosts, actors, singers and our favorite 90s on-screen BFFs, Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold, who will be doing a Janet Jackson medley.

See below the full A-list of scheduled performers. You won’t want to miss this.
