French Montana Reportedly Hospitalized With Cardiac Issues

He was rushed to the hospital Thursday afternoon after reportedly suffering from severe stomach pains, intense nausea, and an increased heart rate.

Prayers are up for French Montana after news broke that the rapper was reportedly hospitalized on Thursday (Nov. 21) after he suddenly started experiencing cardiac issues. According to TMZ, the Los Angeles police were initially called to French’s Calabasas home on Thursday over a possible robbery, though the authorities determined it was a “false alarm.”

  • However, the officers on the scene noticed that the rapper was acting “abnormal” and immediately alerted medical personnel.
French was then rushed by ambulance to a nearby hospital in the San Fernando Valley area where he was able to receive treatment for his symptoms. He was reportedly experiencing severe stomach pains, intense nausea and an increased heart rate.

  • While the cause of his ailments was not stated, sources close to the rapper told TMZ that French has been keeping a busy schedule over these last couple of weeks as he’s been traveling a lot across the world, primarily in the Middle East and Europe. The “Unforgettable” rapper also recently announced he’s been putting the finishing touches on his third studio album, Montana, that’s supposed to drop sometime this November.

  • Sources suspect he may have been exposed to contaminated food during one of his recent trips, which might also explain the sudden turn in health. Thankfully, it seems like he is doing fine healthwise. TMZ noted that French was “awake and alert” at the hospital.

He was reportedly administered IV fluids and is expected to be released from the hospital soon. So far, neither the Coke Boy rap artist nor anyone from his team has publicly addressed the news online. We will keep you posted on further updates.

Our prayers are up for French Montana.
