Mase Named Pastor At Atlanta Church
Mase famously left hip hop back in 1999 to become a pastor, and now, heâs returning to the pulpit at a church in Atlanta.
The Harlem rapperâs latest endeavor was announced in a video posted by Atlantaâs Gathering Oasis church.
âI really see this generation being turned back to Godâs hands,â Mase said during a conversation midway through the video.
âI think thereâs been a major challenge with the city, like being able to direct people back to God and I really welcome the challenge.â
âItâs just amazing how the whole thing came to pass,â Mase said of his new role. âItâs just amazing to see how God just has a plan and weâre all in his plan.â
