Drake Wants a Sweater Line With Missoni

Drake Wants a Sweater Line With Missoni. Plus he has a few choice words for everyone who criticizes his sweater obsession.

While some celebs are dabbling in perfume making, accessories and full blown collections, Drake told GQ that he wants to produce a sweater line with Missoni, which makes sense considering his strong affinity for knitwear.
The magazine asked the Thank Me Later rapper and crooner if he had a favorite sweater out of his vast collection and while he couldn’t name just one, he did count his Missoni piece among the contenders. “It's a toss-up between three sweaters,” he said. “I'd say one would be obviously the OVO Owl sweater. I can wear it repetitively and no one calls me out on it. I have a cashmere Hermés sweater that I love. Lastly, any of my Missoni sweaters.”
He also had something to say to all the critics who clown his love for the cozy staple. “F*ck you, if you don’t like my sweater!” he shot back, loud enough for the magazine to note he turned heads. “It's funny because people only talk about me and sweaters because I don't give them anything else to talk about. I live in Canada, so any dirt I do you'll never see because we don't have the paparazzi up there! It's the stupidest thing, man, but I'll embrace it.” He added, “Hopefully Missoni hollers at me and we get a sweater line popping!”
Aww...we hope they do, too. This is clearly a piece of clothing he’s very passionate about! But before you go calling him sensitive about the subject, he also noted later in the interview, “I wish that we lived in a time and a generation where people would stop viewing my honesty as overly emotional.”
