Dr. Dre To Release New Detox Single
The doctor is set to drop another cut from his much-delayed album.
As the decade-long wait for Dr. Dre’s third studio album, Detox, continues, fans will be given another positive sign that the project will finally be released. The hip hop icon plans to let loose yet another track from the LP this Friday [May 6] during an episode of Showtime’s Fight Camp 360: Pacquiao/Mosley.
The new track is called "Die Hard" and features Dre's protégé Eminem, according to advertisements for the show being aired on Showtime and CBS.
Although there is still no official release date for Detox, “Die Hard” follows “Kush” and “I Need a Doctor” as the third single off the long overdue project.
