Young Jeezy Concert Ends in Gunfire

Concertgoers fire shots inside the venue, ending the Young Jeezy's show early.

A concert in Toronto headlined by Young Jeezy ended in gunfire last night (April 4) before he even got a chance to hit the stage.


According to, the shooting took place around 12:30 a.m. shortly after certain audience members had been fighting.

Although the concert was broken up by the cops before Jeezy's set, the ATL rapper promises to return to Canada to make it up to the fans.

"Backstage @ Sound Academy in Toronto," Jeezy tweeted from the show. "Police closed venue and cancelled the greatest show! I will be back! Next stop London, Ontario! Can't Ban the snowman. I be back Toronto."

The show was a part of Jeezy's Hustlaz Ambition tour, which will continue tonight in London, Ontario, and end tomorrow night at the Olympia Theatre in Montreal.
