Justin Bieber may be trying to turn over a new leaf, but his past demons keep haunting him in the present. The music star is being sued by a limo driver who claims the singer smacked him in the head six times back in December 2013.

According to TMZ, Abdul Mohar claims that the "Boyfriend" crooner hit him after he refused to crank up the volume on the radio. Bieber and his crew were reportedly in the back of the limo. Mohar now wants $850,000 from the superstar for the incident, which occurred in Toronto.

Though the pop star was criminally charged with the incident, and even turned himself in to the authorities, prosecutors dropped the case because they saw it very unlikely that they would get a conviction.

The real kicker, however, involves Mohar's odd 911 call following the alleged assault. Upon calling, he told the dispatcher that his assailant was Black. However, when police arrived, the driver changed his tune, saying that his attacker "looked like a Justin Bieber kind of guy."
