On Tuesday evening, Richard Spencer — who heads the National Policy Institute, a white supremacist organization that made headlines after performing the Nazi salute in the name of Trump — spoke at Texas A&M University. Although he did have some supporters in the crowd, Spencer was primarily met who furious protesters.

As he spoke to the verbal crowd, Spencer attempted to explain how Donald Trump’s victory was a major step forward for white men in America.

“Whether its nice to say that or not, we won, and we got to define what America means,” Spencer said. “We got to define what this continent means. America at the end of the day belongs to white men.”

  1. His comment was immediately followed by boos and jeers
  2. When he opened the floor for questions, he was met with passionate demonstrators who seemed to unravel him
  3. He constantly skirted around the protesters' questions
  4. When faced with a white man wearing an anti-hate shirt, he made fun of the man's weight and called him a 'loser'
  5. Eventually, a SWAT team was called to prevent a riot
  6. After speaking, Spencer sat down with CNN and attempted to explain his racist view
  7. Based on the reaction of Spencer's presence, it's clear that not many take him seriously and strongly oppose his disgusting opinions
