An FBI agent, who was off-duty and was at a bar in Denver, reportedly unintentionally shot someone.
It all went down early Saturday morning (June 2) when the agent was dancing at Mile High Spirits bar. Subsequently, he did a backflip and his gun fell out of his pants, according to video posted online.
When the agent went to retrieve the gun, it discharged, striking someone nearby in the leg.

The Denver Police Department says the victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The agent was taken to the Denver police station for questioning and was later released to an FBI supervisor. It is unclear whether the firearm was government-issued or personally owned by the unidentified agent.
The Denver District Attorney’s Office is still determining whether they will file charges against the FBI agent.
