UPDATE: A $100K Reward Is Being Offered For Information Leading To The Arrest Of Joshua Brown’s Murderer(s)

Brown, a key witness in Amber Guyger’s murder trial of Botham Jean, was shot and killed late Friday.

UPDATE:

Bill Perkins, a friend of activist Shaun King and an energy trader, is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Joshua Brown’s murderer or murderers.

Brown, who was a key witness in Amber Guyger’s trial over the murder of Bothem Jean, was gunned down after he got out of his car late Friday (October 4).

Perkins took to Twitter just hours ago to explain why he wanted to offer the reward. “Every murder is sad,” he captioned his reposting of Shaun King’s promotion of his reward offer. “The particulars around this specific set of circumstances make it important that everyone learn why this happened irrespective of the outcome. Either way a killer needs to be caught & I wish in every case these resources could be brought to bear for justice.”

Currently, a motive or suspect’s identity is unknown by police.

Perkins, according to his bio, is the CEO of BrisaMax Holdings, a consulting firm based in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
