Death of Teen Found Dead in Jail Ruled Drug Overdose - The death of Sheneque Proctor has been ruled a drug overdose as a mix of cocaine, methadone and alprazolam were found in her system, an autopsy report confirms, according to AL.com. Proctor, 18, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at a hotel with friends in Bessemer, Ala. His parents, Steven Daniel Blue and Briana Loriel Dangerfield, were arrested. Blue is charged with murder.
