While we don’t have any receipts, it’s safe to assume miss ma’am has undergone a few changes since she hit the scene in 2005. Interestingly enough, it's a rumor she constantly denies.
In 2011, she talked with Celebuzz, saying, "My makeup — how much or how little I have on — is constantly affecting the way people see me in regards to everybody thinking I’ve had plastic surgery."

We are all about personal choice, but it’s a slippery slope when celebs (and everyday people) alter their faces beyond recognition.
Plus, it sets an unhealthy precedent that certain women look “perfect” without acknowledging they had more help than a strong gene pool.
