It’s MET Gala Monday and the most anticipated star of the night has arrived – The host – Robyn Rihanna Fenty! And OH-MY-GAWD, this girl knows how to kill a theme Every. Single. Time.  We told you guys earlier that Rih spent the entire weekend prepping us for the way she was about to show up on the carpet.  But again, we STILL weren’t ready.

Making her grand entrance as basically the Pope in custom Margiela by Galliano, Rihanna graced the carpet in an ornate pearl strapless mini, matching overcoat, and Mitre (Rih’s head piece). On her feet were the red soles of Christian Louboutin’s and on her ankles were pearls.

Jesus take the wheel! I know we said we are always clutching our pearls and anxiously awaiting Rihanna’s arrival to the MET but tonight… Bay-bee she snatched all our pearls, wore them, and had us clutching Bibles instead.
