As the 106 & Park community continues to mourn the loss of Corey McGriff a.k.a. DJ Megatron, details on his murder are still sketchy. Megatron was shot and killed over the weekend in Staten Island while he was on his way to the store.

The funeral for DJ Megatron will take place on Tuesday, April 5 at 10am at the International Christian Center in Staten Island, New York. A viewing will be held for him the day before.

In addition, the family has set up a memorial fund with Chase Bank, under the number 969778976 for those wishing to contribute. Megatron leaves behind three children.
