2 Chainz is blessing the trap music masses early in 2019 with his first release of the year, Rap or Go to the League.

After cooking up collaborations with his industry peers for the past few months, the College Park trapateer whipped out the 14-track project with a handful of trap, R&B and even pop VIPs, including Marsha Ambrosius, Ty Dolla $ign, Ariana Grande and Travis Scott. To the delight of hip-hop heads, Compton emcee and Top Dawg Entertainment MVP Kendrick Lamar also popped out on one of the album’s indisputable trap bangers, “Momma I Hit a Lick.” The bass-heavy, drum-driven track is graced on its second verse by K-Dot and its production by hitmaker guru Pharrell.
