The tallest Kardashian is being sued by a transgender woman who claims Khloe beat her up outside of a Hollywood nightclub on December 5, 2009.
According to TMZ.com, Chantal Spears (sometimes known as Ronald Spears) says Kardashian violently struck her "in and about her body," causing serious injuries. Chantal told cops at the time of the incident that Khloe "pushed and hit" her, but no one was arrested.
The incident allegedly occurred outside the Playhouse nightclub on Hollywood Boulevard, and was instigated by Chantal telling Khloe's husband, Lamar Odom, he was "too young to be married."
Really? Of all the insults hurled at the Kardashians lately, those are fighting words?
