Yikes: Tamar Braxton Admits Her Reality Show Was Full Of Lies
The latest season of Tamar Braxton and her family's WEtv reality series, Braxton Family Values, proved to serve some of the most dramatic moments in recent memory for the television genre. However, were the viral conflicts and plotlines all fake? According to the singer, that's certainly the case.
Taking to Instagram, Tamar shared that most of what viewers saw on the show were "lies... put together for ratings," before admitting that sometimes, she acts a "plum fool," herself.
In the process, the "Love & War" singer also made a New Year's Resolution to not be "bitter [and] combative" in 2019.
In concluding the lengthy post, she issued an apology to her sister, Trina Braxton, who is featured in the post's accompanying video.
"Most of what u have seen on #BFV was LIES and clips put together with me acting a PLUM FOOL for ratings (believe it or not?????)," she wrote. "...I've decided I'm not going into 2019 the same bitter, combative, woe it is me person. 'You did this so ima do that' attitude. It's ugly and frankly stupid... Sometimes all it takes it saying I Love you and I'm sorry for MY PART of the bulls**t @trinabraxton1?"
