As BET Experience '15's title sponsor, Coca-Cola faced a pretty impressive challenge: Leave fans, young and old, with memories (and fun!) that lasted long after the weekend's festivities ended.
As expected, the soft drink giant did not disappoint.
Interactive stations allowed attendees to mix their own music, while dance competitions and performances by rising stars, including Jasmine V, Jordan Bratton, Elijah Blake and Fifth Harmony, gave fans a reason to break a sweat and then cool off with an ice cold soda at the Coca-Cola Flava Zone.
Raquel Harris Mason, Vice President of Coca-Cola and Coke Zero, spoke on why the weekend is such a great way to engage with fans. “It is incredibly important for us to be the title sponsor of BET Experience '15 because BET is a wonderful partner — they connect with so many of our important consumers," said Mason.”The fact that you can come in and mix your music and watch emerging artists is also fantastic."
With summer in full swing, Coca Cola’s “Share A Coke” campaign, where anyone can create and buy a personalized bottle, is back — and better.
“We have thousands more names than we had last year," said Mason. "So I would just encourage everybody to get out, find their names and enjoy sharing a Coke with their friends.”
