Eddie Murphy and Tracee Ellis Ross’ ‘Candy Cane Lane’ Trailer Drops
The official first full trailer for the holiday film “Candy Cane Lane” starring Tracee Ellis Ross and Eddie Murphy is here! The newest teaser gives fans their first glimpse of Eddie Murphy's debut in this genre.
According to its plot, the film, directed by Reginald Hudlin, is a "holiday comedy adventure about a man on a mission to win his neighborhood’s annual Christmas home decoration contest."
When Chris, played by Murphy, makes a deal with a "mischievous elf" named Pepper, portrayed by Jillian Bell, to better his chances at winning the contest when she casts a "magic spell that brings the 12 Days of Christmas to life and wreaks havoc on the whole town."
The movie also stars Thaddeus J. Mixson, Ken Marino, Nick Offerman, Robin Thede, and Chris Redd and hit Prime Video on Dec. 1.
