Here's Why 'White People Meet' Founder Says He's No Racist

It's the dumbest reason ever.

A new dating website called White People Meet has been making waves online because racists need love too. The site, which currently only matches up white folks in Utah, first came to attention after the company decided to advertise with a big billboard in Salt Lake City.
The site describes itself as having been developed “as an alternative to the other dating websites that cater to certain groups.” You know, the ones with more melanin. Also, while the site claims to be open to all races, there's no option for "man seeking man" or "woman seeking woman."
But don't jump to conclusions, says White People Meet founder Sam Russell. Just because his site caters to Donald Trump supporters and those who need SPF 80 doesn't mean he's a racist. "It's about equal opportunity," Russell said. "The last thing in the world I am is racist. I dated a Black woman once. I helped raise a young Black man… I just believe it’s hypocrisy to say ‘one group can do this, but another can't.'"
Well, that should settle it. Doesn't matter what you do, you are not a racist if you dated a Black woman that one time.
