Plies Accused of Kidnapping a Man
Someone in St. Cloud, Florida needs to brush up on their rap knowledge.
Goon Affiliated rapper Plies was shooting a music video at the home of Lethal Weapon actor Gary Busey's nephew, Mike Busey, when a passerby noticed two Black males with assault rifles holding a white man hostage, TMZ reports.
The "witness" called 911, and when police arrived –– sirens sounding –– they realized that it was a staged kidnapping, and that there were no loaded weapons on set.
Plies hasn't commented on the ordeal, or mentioned what video he was working on, but it'd be ironic if it is the one for "Dayum!" off his upcoming fifth album Purple Heart. The song addresses that one time that he was rushed... by a fan.
Look back at Plies explain why he believes in blessings in the exclusive 106 & Park: Backstage Rewind video below.
