Rick Ross and Big Sean Cover The Source

The music magazine names Rick Ross “Man of the Year” and Big Sean “Rookie of the Year."

The Source magazine recently revealed its year-end issue, which features Rick Ross and Big Sean on special-edition twin covers. The hip hop staple bestows "Man of the Year" honors to Rick Ross, while anointing Big Sean "Rookie of the Year."
In their interviews, the Bawse and the G.O.O.D. Music artist talk about the remarkable, but at times perilous, year they've had, with Ross addressing his hospitalization for extreme exhaustion and Sean broaching the topic of his sexual harassment charges.

Musically, Ross was featured on some the biggest hit songs of 2011, including DJ Khaled’s “I’m On One,” and Meek Mill’s “I’m a Boss.” The rap heavyweight saw his Maybach Music Group label become a powerhouse thanks to his own success and the rise of his artists, Meek and Wale. For the Detroit native Big Sean, he exceeded expectations with his stellar debut, Finally Famous. The long-awaited album featured two smash singles, “Marvin and Chardonnay,” featuring Kanye West and Roscoe Dash, and the Chris Brown-assisted “My Last.”
The December/January issue hits stands today, December 27.
