The newest season of “Tyler Perry’s Sistas” has introduced two new characters amid some changes on the show. One of those characters is Cheyenne Barnes, Andi’s little sister, who is new to Atlanta and crashing at Andi’s place, but bringing chaos along for the journey. Jordan Coleman is the actress who plays Cheyenne, and in real life, she’s just as dynamic, but less chaotic, and very positive. Let’s get to know her. Florida Raised Her

She’s from Florida, but eventually made her way to Los Angeles, and then to Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta. Her previous acting work includes “Rebel Moon,” “All American,” and some viral action shorts with Corridor Digital. 

She’s Very Athletic

She’s extremely active and athletic, with a background in dance, surfing, and she specializes in close combat and Muay Thai. Take a look at the pics on her IG page just to see how much work she puts in at the gym, and the special care she takes to eat nutritious food while also showing off her toned physique. It’s a marvel. 

She Loves to Travel 

Her travel adventures look fun, and sometimes she takes people along with her. Last spring, she hosted a group trip to Bali, and this fall, she’s hosting a trip to Thailand.

The talented actress gets busy on camera, but beyond the glamour and glitz, she’s also about that protest life. She recently took some time to show her support and convictions at the No King’s Ralley on Los Angeles..

As a student of the Upright Citizens Brigade and a practitioner of improv, Coleman is ready to go off script whenever the time calls for it. That’s a great skill to have as a performer.
