Amina Buddafly to Headline Music Matters Showcase
Spring has sprung, and BET Music Matters is ready to help you kick off your sunny half of the year with some of the year’s hottest up-and-coming artists.
Love and Hip Hop star Amina Buddafly will headline the night, with Rudy Currence, B. Reith, Gina Lee, Ginette Claudette and BB Thomaz providing support.
Amina, who experienced a ton of drama in 2014, is bringing it back to basics the best way she knows how: With music. The songstress will perform songs from her growing catalog like “Rock-A-Bye” and “Bad Girl,” as well as some new heat.
Also performing that night will be Grammy nominated gospel singer Rudy Currence, who gained the attention of fans, sacred and secular alike after lacing Lecrae’s 2012 hit song “Lucky Ones.”
It all goes down at the same time (7:30pm) and same place (S.O.B’s) and of course you can count of DJ Lyve and Max October to provide the soulful sonics all night long.
All guests must be 21-and-over with a valid I.D.
