Remy Ma Called Cardi B And Nicki Minaj’s Truce ‘Corny’ And Fans Are Beating Down Her Door

“Couldn’t have been me.”

The smoke from Cardi B and Nicki Minaj’s social media combat last week is still clearing following a truce that they shook on in the midst of the warfare.

While the Bardi Gang and Barbz didn’t exactly sign off on the treaty between their respective leaders, they have since retreated from the Bardi versus Barbie frontlines. But let Cardi’s fellow BX stomper and Nicki’s other Bronx femcee nemesis Remy Ma tell it, the ladies should have never drawn weapons of words in the first place if they were going to replace them with olive branches.

On the latest ‘State of the Culture’ episode, Joe Budden opened the floor on the week-old social media altercation. First, Scottie Beam shared that she’s simply tired of the beef and seen all there is to see of Nicki and Cardi’s back-and-forth. They’ve both pulled out receipts and blew the steam off, so she can officially say, “no one gies a f**k about it anymore,” she concluded.

While Remy seconded those sentiments, she wouldn’t have called the cease-fire as quickly as they did.

“Couldn’t have been me,” she said. “I’m different. Like, I’m not gonna keep arguing with somebody. I don’t want to hear this.” She continued explaining that all the time they spent bickering that day only to end it with a few words was essentially a waste. “I think the part that made it the corniest after everything for, like, a whole 15 hours, and then they’re both like, ‘OK, let’s be friends now’,” Remy concluded.

And while the Bardi gang and the Barbz have steered clear of each other’s turfs for the past week, they’re blowing up Rem’s spot for her commentary.
