‘Game Theory With Bomani Jones’ Trailer And Poster Released By HBO
HBO is releasing the trailer and key art for its upcoming late-night sports show Game Theory with Bomani Jones.
The drop previewing the program, which will debut on Sunday, March 13 at 11:30 p.m. EST on the premium cable network, comes just a week after its existence was announced. Each Sunday for a six-week run Game Theory will be available for viewing and streaming.
“OK, here it is: Flopping, the most Karen s**t in all of sports,” says Jones in the trailer as he goes from a barbershop to a record store, then into a cab. “Think about it: What does a Karen do? Lie about being attacked, pretend something happened that did not, then try to get the authorities on her side.”
He continues regarding his thoughts of flopping in sports: “I guess being a Karen is not the exclusive territory of the white woman. Your favorite athlete hits the ground like he got shot, even though nobody touched him. He’s doing the same thing!”
