Shannon Sharpe is proving how much of a force he is in the world of sports media. The Hall of Fame tight end and former FS1 Undisputed star is reportedly fielding multiple offers as his deal with Colin Cowherd’s The Volume podcast network comes to an end. According to Front Office Sports, Sharpe is expected to sign a new agreement that could exceed $100 million, setting a new benchmark for athlete-driven media.

After joining The Volume in August 2023, Sharpe quickly turned his Club Shay Shay podcast into a powerhouse, especially on YouTube, where the show boasts nearly 4 million subscribers. His headline-making interview with comedian Katt Williams racked up 89 million views since its January 2024 debut and was perhaps one of the most impactful podcast episodes ever recorded.

But it’s not just the one show. Sharpe’s next deal will reportedly cover the entire Shay Shay Media network, which includes Club Shay Shay, Nightcap with Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, Club 520 Podcast, The Bubba Dub Show, and Humble Baddies.

Sharpe continues to make waves on television as well, appearing regularly on ESPN’s First Take alongside Stephen A. Smith. Meanwhile, The Volume has been expanding its own lineup, recently adding Nick Wright’s podcast to its roster.
