Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2021: Five Brands To Shop This October To Support The Cause

These brands are putting their money where their mouth is, so you know exactly how much of your purchase is going towards breast cancer charities.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and plenty of our favorite fashion and beauty brands are supporting the cause. While most are familiar with the pink ribbon motif, many brands are supporting Breast Cancer Awareness this month by donating proceeds from sales to various organizations like Susan G. Komen, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and Bright Pink. These organizations help fund research, treat patients, spread awareness, and offer other various forms of support for this important cause.

According to the World Cancer Research Fund International, breast cancer is the most common cancer in women and the second most common cancer overall. However, Black women are 42% more likely to die from the disease than their white counterparts, according to Cancerhealth.com. So here at BET we wanted to highlight brands who have committed a portion of their sales, if not all, to various organizations working toward finding breakthroughs in treatment and prevention for October and beyond.

Take a look below at 6 brands who are committed to the fight!
