T.I. Leads the Charge Against Hip-Hop’s 50 Cent With Yet Another Diss Track
On Wednesday, T.I. dropped a new diss track on X, pairing it with a resurfaced photo of 50 Cent from his extreme weight-loss transformation for the 2011 film “All Things Fall Apart”. In the post, Tip took a sharp jab by calling 50 “da dildo dealer,” a reference to old NSFW images that have circulated online for years.
Things escalated further once T.I.’s son, King Harris, got involved, reposting the images after 50 shared an unflattering photo of his mother and T.I.’s wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris. Since then, every post tied to the feud, including the image of 50, has quietly vanished from Instagram. Still, Tip made it clear erasing receipts won’t end the static, writing, “IDGAF what you erase… You keep posting = it’s problems!!!!”
While 50 Cent has yet to respond directly to the latest diss, the feud itself didn’t come out of nowhere. What initially looked like harmless talk about a potential VERZUZ battle quickly turned into tension, reopening cracks in an already strained relationship between the two rappers. The issue traces back to comments T.I. made on “Million Dollaz Worth of Game”, where he claimed both sides had agreed to a VERZUZ matchup and that he was supposed to be the one to announce it. According to Tip, 50 later switched up and played oblivious once the idea was made public, sparking the confrontation.
From there, things unraveled fast: diss records were released, shots were fired on social media, past feuds resurfaced, and the back-and-forth moved beyond music, pulling in family members and personal history along the way. What could’ve remained light speculation has now grown into one of the first real rap beefs of the year, and it’s clearly no longer just entertainment.
The photo at the center of the latest jab shows the drastic physical change 50 underwent for “All Things Fall Apart”, where he famously dropped nearly 60 pounds on a strict regimen to portray a terminally ill football player. While the role was once described as deeply personal to him, the photo has been internet ammo for years, and Tip had no problem pulling it back out for the smoke.
