Serayah is stepping into a whole new season — as a mama and a fiancée. The singer and actress confirmed she’s engaged to Joey Bada$$ in a casual-yet-telling Instagram photo dump on Sunday (July 21). Buried in a series of personal snapshots, one image shows Serayah with her hand extended just slightly, showing off a diamond ring while blending into the background. It’s low-key, but the rock says everything.

The post, titled “Life Lately Dump 🌼,” marked her return to Instagram since giving birth two months ago — and it reads like a diary entry turned love letter. “2 months postpartum.. Wowww where do I begin?” she wrote in the caption. “First, I want to thank everyone who’s reached out to me, congratulated me and sent me love and support during this new chapter. My family showed up and showed out! Idk what I would do without them.”

She went on to call motherhood her “greatest accomplishment” and spoke openly about the challenges she had faced so far. “Although it’s beautiful, it ain’t easy,” she said. “It takes a village!” Serayah also took a moment to honor Joey, writing: “My fiancé has held it DOWN you hear me! Through and through that’s a good man Savannah 🤣 nah but frfr I’m so grateful.”

The couple welcomed their first child earlier this summer, though they’ve kept many details of their relationship and parenthood journey private. Fans first began speculating about their romance back in 2023. 

And while the photo dump gave us glimpses, it’s the words and that ring that told the whole story. For now, it looks like love is the soft launch and the main event. With a baby in her arms and a ring on her finger, she’s glowing in this new chapter.
