Keefe D’s Lawyer Is A No-Show, Arraignment Delayed
Things are getting off to an odd start in the murder case against Keefe D.
On Wednesday (October 4), the man suspected of being involved in the 1996 shooting death of Tupac Shakur was expected in court, and while he was present, his attorney reportedly was not.

According to HipHopDX, the defense lawyer was a no-show, which resulted in Keefe (born Duane Davis) requesting a two-week continuance from the judge, postponing his Wednesday arraignment.
This was Davis’ first appearance in court since being arrested last Friday and charged with one count of murder with the use of a deadly weapon with the killing of Tupac in Las Vegas 27 years ago.
Davis’ arrest was the first ever in the investigation into ‘Pac’s murder. The most recent developments come over two months after police raided the home of the suspect’s wife. LVPD said at the time that they were searching the house “as part of the ongoing Tupac Shakur homicide investigation.”
