With summer coming to a close, the Head Hottie has gifted the fans with one last turn up before its Pumpkin Spice Latte season. After much anticipation, Meg’s long-awaited “Hot Girl Summer” video featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign is finally here — and Hotties are sounding the alarm.

Directed by Munachi Osegbu, the summery visual opens with comedian Jaimesha Thomas at home chilling in bed when she gets a mysterious text inviting her to the hottest pool party of the entire summer.

Naturally, she does what any Hottie would do and asks herself what would Thee Stallion wear before she settles on a cowgirl-inspired get-up that would make the Yeehaw Agenda proud. The scene cuts to a lit party already in full swing as Ty’s honeyed vocals on the opening chorus comes in. 

Backdropped by the city of Los Angeles, the lituation turns into a wet and wild bash complete with lots of bootylicious twerking, neon outfits, in the celebrity-studded video. Juicy J makes a cameo, turning up with some baddies poolside. Rico Nasty, La La Anthony, Ari Lennox, DaniLeigh and Summer Walker on are all deck to drive the boat.

As expected, Megan is on deck to show us all how to get down during a Hot Girl Summer.

As it switches from day time to night, Nicki takes over from Megan as the two kick back on lounge chairs twinning in the same neon tiger print outfits they teased on Instagram before it goes into a quick cut-scene. In a breaking news segment, Lala Anthony is live at the party where she declares Hot Girls the official winners of the summer.

Megan closes out the final bars of song as the party blazes on well into the night. In the words of Megan, it’s some real hot girl sh*t.

Now that they have the song and visual pair for the indisputable 2019’s song of the summer, Hotties are stretching their knee caps to go all out for their final hurrah.
