[Watch] Hospital Volunteer Goes on Disgusting Racist Rant

The white woman wanted to get "these people" out.

What ever happened to "do no harm"?
Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, has issued an apology to the family of Isaiah Baskins after a hospital volunteer was captured on video yelling at the man and his family to leave. Baskins says the volunteer also used a racial slur against him and his family.

The video was posted to YouTube on Friday and has already amassed nearly 400,000 views. In the clip, Baskins is heard asking from behind the camera, "Lady what is wrong with you?" He then speaks to someone else in the waiting room, saying, "We need some help. There is something wrong with this volunteer. She's in here acting a fool. She's already called me a n****r."

Baskins keeps asking what is wrong with her as the lady continues to grow more and more enraged for no apparent reason.

The video shows the volunteer, an older white woman, screaming, "Get these people out of here!" Eventually other people try to calm her down, but she seems inconsolable as her tirade grows throughout the nearly seven-minute long video. At one point, she even says, "Get your Black sons out of here." Baskins and his family then leave to speak with security as other employees try to defuse the situation.

The hospital took to the YouTube video's comments to issue an apology to Baskins, writing, "We deeply regret and apologize for this behavior demonstrated by our volunteer in this video. We are dedicated to providing an inclusive environment for all, with respect, dignity and compassion. We are taking action, and this individual is no longer a volunteer with our organization." The comment continued, "If they haven't already, one of our senior executives should be reaching out to you shortly. Again, we apologize for this appalling incident."

According to The Winston-Salem Journal, Baskins has not been available for comment.
