Black Bo, Rick Ross' Longtime Manager, Has Passed Away

The hip-hop world is sending their condolences.

Black Bo has reportedly passed away.

  • Rick Ross broke the news about his longtime manager on Friday night (December 8) while performing at a Maxim party in Miami for Art Basel 2017.

    “This is an extremely sexy party," he told the crowd, according to XXL. "I know my dog Black would've loved to be here. Come on let me rap for my dog Black one time.” His statement was then followed by a performance of his single, "Hustlin'” from the hometown classic LP Port Of Miami.

    Others including Maybach Music Artist Wale and close Ross friend French Montana offered their condolences on Instagram.

    “My prayers go out to my brother @richforever and the rest of the family. I know this one hurt,” French captioned under a pic of him, Black and Drake. “I'm really hurt, shed a tear for u brother ! We going miss you black @blackbomaybach !! #restinpeaceblack #foreverchinx #mmg #cokeboys.”

    An official cause of death has yet to be released publicly. We’ll update you with more information as further details become available.
