Ying Yang Twins' D-Roc Gets Break in Child Support Case

Rapper tells judge that he earns less now and needs relief.

D'Angelo "D-Roc" Holmes will be paying a lot less in child support for his daughter, TMZ reports.

Holmes, one-half of the Ying Yang Twinssuccessfully petitioned a judge to have monthly payments lowered to $550 from $2,500 after revealing he's bringing in a much smaller salary from the $19,000 a month he earned when the child support amount was first set.

Since the rap duo hasn't had a hit since 2005's "Wait (The Whisper Song)," the Atlanta native's monthly take home has dwindled to $2,860 a month, he's listed in court documents.

The group, also known for others club staples like "Whistle While You Twerk," and "Salt Shaker," haven't released an album since 2009, but reportedly have a deal with Epic Records, signed since last year.

Now, the father of five — who made headlines with his offspring before when he was busted for a DUI with his infant and toddler-aged children in the car — will not only pay less for his daughter, but he will also be on a payment plan for the $45,000 he owes in back child support.
