‘The Walking Dead’ Actor Moses J. Moseley's Cause of Death Revealed

The 31-year-old was found dead in his car on Jan. 26, 2022.

The Walking Dead actor Moses J. Moseley's cause of death has been revealed. Moseley was found dead two months ago in Stockbridge, Georgia.

According to a death certificate obtained by TMZ, Moseley, who portrayed one of the show’s zombies, died of a gunshot to the head. It is still pending whether the actor's death was an accident or a suicide, officials report per the documents.

Moseley is best known for his role as Mike, one of Michonne's (played by Danai Gurira) pet zombies, on The Walking Dead in 2012 and 2015.

“He was loved by everyone who met him. Such a bright light in everyone's eyes” said Moseley’s manager confirming his death in a statement to PEOPLE.

Adding: “Moses was an amazing person and if you had the opportunity to meet him he would have made your day amazing. He was very talented, he was a great friend, the kind you could call for anything. He was always excited about life and working in the entertainment business.”

Moseley also had roles in Joyful Noise, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and American Soul, which aired on BET in 2019 and told the story of the legendary music program Soul Train.
