Kendrick Lamar Makes Coachella Appearance After New Album Announcement

He performed “Family Ties” and “Vent” with Baby Keem

The Kendrick Lamar resurgence continues.

After announcing the release date and title of his upcoming album, the musician made a surprise appearance this past weekend at Coachella for Weekend Two, performing alongside labelmate and cousin Baby Keem during his set. The Grammy-award winners performed their records “Vent” and “family ties,” which won a Grammy this year for Best Rap Performance.

Lamar is gearing up for his fifth and final album under the Top Dawg Entertainment label entitled Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers which is set to hit the streets on May 13th.
