North West Shares She Wants to Be a Rapper, Basketball Player, Artist, and More
North West wants to conquer it all.
The 10-year-old recently sat down with i-D Magazine for their latest “The New Wave Issue” and talked about everything from her favorite song from Grammy Award-winning dad, Kanye West, to what she wants to be when she grows up, which includes a brief stint playing pro ball, and possibly a few albums.

When asked, the pre-teen said she wanted to be “A basketball player, a rapper, um... Well, when I was seven, I wanted to be a boxer. But now I don’t want to be a boxer. I’m going to do art on the side.”
She also noted, “When I’m, like, thirteen, I want to walk dogs, to make money to buy art supplies, because everything around here is so expensive. So, a rapper, a basketball player, and I’m going to make artwork that I sell.” And if that weren’t enough, North said she also one day wants to own her parent Ye and Kim Kardashian’s respective companies, Yeezy and SKIMS, and become a business owner.
This Halloween, North paid homage to her dad by dressing up as the rapper's iconic Bear mascot from his 2007 album “Graduation,” complete with a matching gold watch and chain.
