Videos capturing the rapper’s vulnerable moment quickly made the rounds on social media.

One video captured her using her hand to dry her tears, while in another moment she is seen standing on stage, overcome with emotion, as the track plays in the background.

During that set of the show, Megan could also be seen rapping a few lines, then taking a beat, trying to regain composure to perform.

The MC came through for herself, and her fans, finishing the set. This led her fans in the stands to applaud her courage.

In April, while opening up about her mental health, the H-TOWN rapper confessed to Women's Health that she would sometimes cry before performing on stage "because I didn’t want to [perform], but I also didn’t want to upset my fans."

She also explained how working out helped her bounce back after the controversial ordeal with Tory Lanez, who was convicted of shooting her in the foot in 2020.

“Working on myself made me get into working out because I needed to focus my energy somewhere else,” she said. “I used working out to escape and to get happy.”
