In her post, she shared a video montage of a gym session where she did exercises that targeted her total body, including her glutes.

While sporting a black crop top, matching leggings, and a ponytail, the actor had an intensive workout. In one frame, she balanced lying down on a bench as she weight lifted. In another phase, she was seen doing arm reps that doubled as a core workout.

During a moment of rest, Good panned the camera to capture her toned angles from top to bottom while ensuring her edges were still laid.

Good did a series of squats while using a kettlebell to take her fitness routine to the next level. On top of that, she completed a set of butterfly crunches.
