Black Woman Shows Up To Racist Commentor’s Job, Threatens To Show Wife Grindr Account
Sometimes, a verbal rebuttal online just won’t do.
A Black woman recently went viral after tracking down a man who left racist remarks and gave him the ultimatum to end all ultimatums.
In the now viral TikTok video (posted below), user @davillainumade shared that she traveled three hours to address the man face-to-face.
“I think this is the right building,” she says matter-of-factly as she approaches the building. “I think this is his car.”
She then proceeds to knock on the door of the man’s workplace. After a brief exchange of pleasantries, she’s welcomed inside the building by the offender, who still has no idea who she is.
She then drops the bomb, “So, a couple of days ago, you left a comment under somebody’s comment section. Do you remember that by any chance? It was regarding the Tennessee District 7.”
TikTok users point out that “The Tennessee District 7” is regarding the Republican vs. Democrat election on Dec. 2. Users also reportedly found screenshots of Mike’s racist comments, which he has reportedly now deleted.
After @davillainumade reminded Mike of the offensive comments he made, she gave him a sobering ultimatum: apologize, or she’d tell his wife about his Grindr account.
“You see how easy I found you? It’s not cool, right? So, I’m going to give you the opportunity to apologize, or I’m going to show your wife the Grindr account I found. How do you feel about that?”
She then pulled out a piece of paper with her preferred apology written out and handed it to him to recite back to her. He immediately acquiesced.
“I, Mike, do apologize for my actions. I see the consequences of my actions…”
She then cuts in, asking him to, “Say it louder.”
A befuddled Mike then raises his voice slightly and continues, “I will not do this to anyone else ever again,” Mike said.
In the end, the confrontation became less about public shaming and more about insisting that private lives match public values when it comes to how Black women are treated.
