Lizzo is coming for our necks this year and that's on period!

The multi-Grammy winner brought the 'gram to its knees in a new post on Tuesday (Jan. 2) while sporting the latest launch of her brand, Yitty.

"New year, new me," she began in the post. "You know how they say, 'Run don't walk?' Teleport, b---!"

In her reel, she models the two-piece bra and legging set, which she sports in various hues, including black, burgundy, and navy blue.

As fashion can sometimes come at a price, the "Truth Hurts" hitmaker kept it real about the struggle she experienced while putting the pieces on. 

"You have no idea how hard it was to get into this."

In the following frame, the singer was captured receiving help while adjusting herself into the bra. "The snatch in real-time," she said.

The line's ultra-lift leggings and bra feature a design that "snatches and lifts" in all the right places.

"The booty is lifted," explained the artist. "Booties to the sky."

For her, this set also doubles as an optical illusion. "It looks like we went to the gym, but we didn't go to the gym," she elaborated.

"This is where you go to your local shop and you're just like, 'Can I please have a chai?'"

Lizzo closed out the video with an inspirational message that her fans are sure to find helpful as the new year jumps off in full swing.

"We're putting ourselves first this year, you guys. You don't have to wait to feel like the best version of yourself."

While some are exclaiming about Lizzo’s “body transformation,” it clearly doesn’t matter to her. She’s all about being healthy and confident. She told PEOPLE in 2022, “What I'm doing is stepping into my confidence and my power to create my own beauty standard. And one day, that will just be the standard."
